I liked the design and layout of the hotel. We really enjoyed the surprise warm cookies when we checked in. We thought the room was nice, clean and updated.
We were dissapointed in the pool area. The swimming pool was very cold, and the hot tub was very hot. It was one of the worst pools we've ever used in a hotel.

Thank you for a real good stay. The hotel is clean, with very very helpful personal, and offers comfortable and ideal location near to many other restaurants within walking distance as well as Wildlife Museums. Overall good food, plus there is Fire & Ice Restaurant & Bar close by.

The hotel felt secure with entry access strictly controlled. Our room was clean and well maintained. The staff were polite and responsive when we had questions.
Some amenities were limited, making the overall experience less convenient.

The pool area was perfect, and the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds gave me all the comfort I needed. Plus, I can't forget that warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in-it was the cherry on top of a fantastic experience!

We loved the pool area, where my kids had a blast swimming and splashing. The event staff was friendly and helped us set up a small family gathering, seamless and enjoyable.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities. A game room would have been great for families.
